  LET'S GO LUNA! - 2019 Daytime Emmy Nominee OUTSTANDING SOUND EDITING

  We are thrilled to announce our Daytime Emmy Nomination for OUTSTANDING SOUND EDTING, Preschool Animation, for our work on the PBS series, Let's Go Luna!

  LET’S GO LUNA follows the adventures of three friends – Leo, Carmen, and Andy – as they travel the globe with Luna the Moon as their guide, learning about the different cultures, music, food, and traditions of people all over the world. 

  Our approach is to build an authentic, vibrant, full, and lush soundtrack full of all the wonderful sounds one would hear while travelling to these beatuiful cities. We take every opportunity to enhance each scene with accurate, real-world locations, to give the audience the experience of having actually travelled along with the characters in the show.

  It's a huge undertaking!  Every episode takes us to a new city, so we are constantly re-inventing the sound design from the ground up. No two episodes sound alike. It's challenging, and rewarding all at the same time.

  The 46th Daytime Emmy Awards will be held on May 3rd in Pasadena, California. Congratulations and good luck to the whole team!
